Liability insurance cost $1060.00. The company is Assured Partners of Arizona.
Archaeology account has $7152.06. Motion was made and accepted to donate $500 to Old Pueblo Archaeology Center to provide a Cultural Park tour on 3/18/2023.
The Website Committee
Sara Read reported that the November 2022 minutes, Holiday pictures, Hayride pictures, and the Archaeology tour date have been included in the VDR Website.
Updates
A new website banner will be ordered due to deterioration of previous banner. A tentative cost of $75 has been approved by the Board
The VDR Annual Appeal Letter for membership will be included with the February newsletter to be delivered during the weekend of February 3-5 2023. Annual meeting notice, membership drive and envelope will be included with
the newsletter.
A second newsletter will be delivered the end of February and will include updated information for Archaeology Day at the park and brochure.
The hayride was well attended by 120-140 people bringing in $30 in donations for the Community Food Bank.
The Holiday lighting contest had good participation by the neighborhood. First place winner was 2051 N Chiquita, second place was 7504 E Rio Vista Circle and third place went to 7571 E Cienega.
Park clean-up day had a few people helping. The City of Tucson removed a dead tree. The City wants the Park to remain in a natural state. Some debris was left under trees to assist with the natural plan. Target Stores provided workers to help
clean up the wash.
From 12-14 new street signs have been installed.

Book Club-Lorri Robinson wants to begin again on February 23, 2023.
New Business
A membership Social was brought up. Miki, Sharon and Val will head up a committee. It will be tentatively scheduled for late April or early May.
The virtual Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday 2/18/2023 from 10am-11am via Zoom
