Minutes from August 4, 2025 Zoom Meeting
Meeting opened at 6:04pm.
Members Present: Sharon Spiker, Cheryl Hoffman, Pat Wiedhopf, Val Reynolds, Miki Zeman
Members Absent: Derek Daniels, Jake Byron, Mitch Kagen, Sara Read
Minutes from the 07/01/25 meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
Membership account balance as of August 4, 2025: $4,848.88
Membership update: 59 households (6 new)
Donor Plaque account balance as of June 2, 2025: $3,675.93
Website Report: Jake will post the minutes from the July meeting as well as Ward 2 and DAC information from Mitch.
Committee Updates:
· Archaeology Report – Balance of June 2, 2025: $4,252.06
Park Stewardships: updated to reflect out of towner schedules (I need a copy of the 07/01/25 minutes that had the updated stewardship schedule, thanks!)

Business Updates:
· Post office box renewal will take place by the end of August.
· Community yard sale will go forward October 11th.
· Next newsletter will be delivered beginning-mid September.
· Roll-offs are scheduled for October 3, 2025.
· Pepper-Viner may have a roll-off next to the one we have adjacent to the archaeology park. Cheryl will follow up with Linda Jenson (928-301-6624).
· Any 311 submissions on the following items: pool emptying and possible byproducts, timely removal of trash bins, trucks parked on front yards, weeds, and dog waste. It was decided to add these items of complaint to the newsletter.
· Halloween (Friday, October 31, 2025) decorating contest to be announced in the newsletter (with more information coming).
Next regular Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 8, 2025 at 6pm.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:42pm(!).
