Vista Del Rio Residents’ Association Minutes from September 8, 2025

Meeting opened at 5:12pm.

Members Present: Derek Daniels, Jake Byron, Mitch Kagen, Sharon Spiker, Pat Wiedhopf,

Val Reynolds, Miki Zeman

Members Absent: Sara Read

Cheryl has resigned from the Board.

Minutes from the 08/04/25 meeting were approved.

Treasurer’s Report:

Membership account balance as of September 8, 2025: $4,466.88

Membership update: 59 households (6 new)

Donor Plaque account balance as of September 8, 2025: $3,675.93

Website Report: Jake will post the minutes from the August meeting.

Committee Updates:

 Archaeology Report – Balance of September 8, 2025: $4,252.06

Park Stewardships (updated):

Business Updates:

 Post office box renewal done for $382.00.

 Community yard sale will go forward October 11 th instead of the 18 th .

 Next newsletter will be delivered September 20-22.

 Roll-offs are scheduled for October 3, 2025.

 FROM LAST MEETING: Any 311 submissions on the following items: pool emptying and

possible byproducts, timely removal of trash bins, trucks parked on front yards, weeds, and

dog waste. It was decided to add these items of complaint to the newsletter.

 Halloween (Friday, October 31, 2025) decorating contest to be announced in the newsletter

(with more information coming).

Next regular Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 6, 2025 at 6pm.
