• Community Yard Sale — Saturday, October 11, 2025 Vista Del Rio’s neighborhood-wide yard sale returns! Residents are encouraged to set up at their homes and place simple directional signs. A list of participating streets and general guidance will be posted on the HOA site and in the Facebook group prior to the event.

• Next Newsletter — Beginning to Mid-September 2025 The fall newsletter will be distributed beginning in mid-September. Please review it for details on upcoming events, reminders, and neighborhood resources.

• Roll-Off Dumpsters — Friday, October 3, 2025 Roll-offs will be available for resident use. Standard restrictions apply (no hazardous materials, paint/chemicals, tires, etc.). Exact locations and hours will be in the September newsletter.

• Halloween Decorating Contest — Friday, October 31, 2025 We’re excited to bring back our Halloween décor contest. Additional details, judging criteria, and prize information will be announced in the September newsletter.

Reminders: Please be mindful of neighbors during sale day and contest evening traffic. Keep sidewalks clear, obey posted signs, and pack out all signage after events. Thank you for helping keep Vista Del Rio welcoming and beautiful!
