Minutes from July 1, 2025 Zoom Meeting
Meeting opened at 6:04pm.
Members Present: Derek Daniels, Sharon Spiker, Cheryl Hoffman, Pat Wiedhopf, Miki Zeman, Mitch Kagen
Members Absent: Val Reynolds, Sara Read, Jacob Byron
Minutes from the 06/02/25 meeting were approved.

Treasurer’s Report:
• Membership account balance as of July 1, 2025: $4,857.55
• Membership update: 57 households (5 new)
• Donor Plaque account balance as of July 1, 2025: $3,675.93
Website Report: No update report was given
• The Park clean-up day picture has been added
• DAC Report, Ward 2 bulletin, and 6-2-25 VDR meeting minutes need to be added
Committee Updates:
• Archaeology Report – Balance of June 2, 2025: $4,252.06
• Park Stewardships: below will be updated to reflect out of towner schedules

Business Updates:
• Board has noticed and increase in dog poo in the Cultural Park
• Next DAC meeting was held 6/26/25. Very well attended. Street repairs were discussed. New Eastside captain is Matt Brady. New RTA Chairman is Mike Ortega. Udall Park has been having more homeless camps. Attendees were concerned about attacks around Udall Park. DAC says that overall crime is down compared to 2024.
• Brush and Bulky pickup clean-up was extended 2 days due to mechanical breakdown.
• Cultural Park Grant proposal was completed and submitted We will know outcome sometime in September.
• Roll-offs are scheduled for October 3, 2025.
• Yard Sale is scheduled for 10/11 or 10/18
• Post Office Box is due to renew soon. Mitch will renew it.
• Next newsletter will happen in August or September
• Next regular Board meeting is scheduled for Monday August 4, 2025 at 6pm.
